1. About Moyo Money

Moyo Money is a payment orchestration platform. It is not a bank, does not hold deposits, and is not licensed as a deposit-taking institution. Your funds are held by your chosen partner financial institution.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and transaction PIN. Never share your PIN with anyone, including Moyo Money support.

3. Transaction Finality

Confirmed transactions are final. Reversed transactions are subject to partner network policies. UNKNOWN transactions will be investigated and resolved within 4 hours on business days.

4. Fees

Transaction fees are disclosed before confirmation. Moyo Money charges a routing fee; partner institutions may charge additional fees at their discretion.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Moyo Money for money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or any activity prohibited by Nigerian law or CBN regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moyo Money is not liable for delays or failures caused by partner financial institutions, network outages, or acts beyond our control.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be raised with support@moyomoney.site. Unresolved disputes are subject to Nigerian law and the jurisdiction of Lagos State courts.
